Full Campaign Strategy
Problem
Students often see campus police only during enforcement moments,
which creates distance and misunderstanding between students and officers.
Insight
Students connect more easily with people and stories than with institutions.
Big Idea
Introduce Clover and illustrated officer characters to humanize UNT PD,
creating approachable, story-driven content that encourages positive
interaction between students and campus police.
EXECUTION
Trading cards, illustrated comics, NFC resource cards, and interactive
materials introduce officers and safety resources through engaging
character storytelling across campus and digital platforms.
